My name is Emily Pagano. I am a licensed North Carolina Cosmetologist. Originally from New York, I took a leap of faith moving into the south and am so happy to finally start my own business! I specialize in Color - specifically Balayage and Blonding but I love working with all types of hair. Finding the best cut and color for each specific guest is my passion.
